Grant Programs
There are several grant programs that may help your agency or department in obtaining funds for your operational requirements. Each program has specific use guidelines. Each requires a well written presentation, where you should show:
- the requirement,
- how it is done now,
- how it will be successful,
- what are the estimated results or goals,
- what are the measurable milestones in the program,
- what is the cost,
- is it sole source or proprietary or open market,
- how long will it take to deliver and setup if funding were received,
- is specialty training required,
- is out-of-year service contracts or updates required (if so list and fund for them in the grant application).
Provide graphics and pictures as you are in competition with others for the limited grant funds.
